There are plenty of ways to get involved here at First, whether you are looking for an opportunity to use your gifts/talents or just fellowship with other believers.  We are always looking for volunteers for our outreach events, drama performances, our youth and children's ministries, and our creative arts and media/tech ministries!

A Place to Connect

You can get connected through various small groups.  These are small gatherings of people focused on discipleship, fellowship and special interests.

A Place to Serve

You can get involved by serving in various areas of ministry. At First Assembly we encourage everyone to use their spiritual gifts and talents to minister others. 

A Place to Pray

One of the simplest reasons to spend time in prayer is because the Lord instructed us to pray. Obedience is a natural by-product of discipleship.

"Keep alert and pray. Otherwise temptation will overpower you. For though the spirit is willing enough, the body is weak!"  (Matthew 26:41 NLT)

Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up. (Luke 18:1 NIV)

And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints. (Ephesians 6:18 NIV)
